I bought two of the refurbished M10’s and they’re both amazing. One didn’t have a sticker on it and had weak throttle spring. The sticker isn’t even important and a new throttle was sent to me after some quick attempts to fix it with customer service. Now they both work perfectly! I’m case you’re wondering about size/weight like I was, I’m about 275 and 6’2” and I ride this thing just as easily as my 10 and 13 year old kids. I can still go about 18-19mph on flat rough road, so absolutely no complaints there. I charged them up when they arrived and we’ve ridden a few miles so far and the battery gauge has barely moved, so great battery life too. I didn’t buy them for commuting I bought them for fun and exploring with my wife and kids and they’ve worked great for it so far. They can go off road a little bit too so if the path you need isn’t paved it’s not always a loss. Very impressed and super glad I got the refurbished deals because I’m on a budget and that made them way more affordable. Especially considering you can’t tell and nobody will know that they’re used anyways.
