Which countries do you ship to?

TurboAnt electric bikes ship to all EU countries (with the exception of the Swift S1), the 48 contiguous states of America, and Canada.

TurboAnt electric scooters ship to the 48 contiguous states of America and Canada. TurboAnt X7 Pro E-Scooters also ship to all EU countries.

Please note that we DO NOT ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories.

Do you offer free shipping?

TurboAnt currently offers free shipping on all orders of $49 or more within the European Union, the United Kingdom, and the 48 contiguous United States. Orders under $49 to the above destinations qualify for a flat rate shipping charge of $15.

Please note that orders of all e-scooter models, batteries, and accessories will be charged a shipping fee to Canada. The shipping fee varies depending on the product weight. Please see payment details at checkout.

How soon can I get my package(s)?

All orders will be processed in 1-2 business days. Shipping usually takes 5-7 business days, but COVID-19 related delays may occasionally occur.

If the shipping service provider shows your package(s) has delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the service provider as well as TurboAnt as soon as possible, and we will assist in all possible ways.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?

Yes. Your shipping address can be changed BEFORE your order has shipped. Contact our customer service via support@turboant.com and we will change the address for you. Please be aware that a $20 surcharge will be applied for changing the information after your order has shipped.

Also note that the address CANNOT be changed once the item has been delivered.

How do I track my order?

An email with your tracking information will be sent when your package ships. However, if you placed the order while logged in, you may also go to "My Account" for order details and tracking information.
