Which countries do you ship to?

TurboAnt electric bikes ship to all EU countries (with the exception of the Swift S1), the 48 contiguous states of America, and Canada.

TurboAnt electric scooters ship to the 48 contiguous states of America and Canada. TurboAnt X7 Pro E-Scooters also ship to all EU countries and the United Kingdom.

Please note that we DO NOT ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories.

Do you offer free shipping?

TurboAnt currently offers free shipping on all orders of $49 or more within the European Union, the United Kingdom, and the 48 contiguous United States. Orders under $49 to the above destinations qualify for a flat rate shipping charge of $15.

The free shipping service is also available for Canadian orders of the X7 Pro E-Scooter and all electric bikes. Please note that orders of batteries, accessories, or other models (including bundle orders) will be charged a shipping fee to Canada. See charging details below:

How soon can I get my package(s)?

All orders will be processed in 1-5 days. Shipping time varies from 5-10 business days for the U.S. and EU countries, and 7-10 business days for Canada and the United Kingdom.
Please be aware, our shipping partners are experiencing COVID-19 related delays which may result in extended shipping and delivery times.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?

Yes. Your shipping address can be changed BEFORE your order has shipped. Contact our customer service via support@turboant.com and we will change the address for you. Please be aware, a $20 surcharge will be applied for changing the information after your order has shipped.

Also note that the address CANNOT be changed once the item has been delivered.

How do I track my order?

An email with your tracking information will be sent when your package ships. However, if you placed the order while logged in, you may also go to "My Account" for order details and tracking information.
