Where are the batteries located? Are they both removable?
You will find one battery pack in the stem and another one under the deck, but only the stem battery is removable.
Can I buy extra batteries for my e-scooter？
Sure. Find ACCESSORIES at the top of the website, and then you can buy replacement batteries for your specific model there.
Will my e-scooter still function if one of the batteries is out of power?
Yes, the V8 e-scooter still functions with only one battery alive. But make sure you have both of the batteries installed in the e-scooter for it to function properly.
