All orders of $49 or more within the European Union, the United Kingdom, and the 48 contiguous United States, qualify for free shipping. Orders under $49 to the above destinations qualify for a flat rate shipping charge of $15.

Shipping Information Changes

BEFORE your ordered item/items have shipped, the shipping address can be changed for free by contacting our support team (support@turboant.com). A $20 surcharge will be applied if changing the information after the item/items have been shipped.

Electric Scooters Warranty

All Turboant products are protected against all manufacturing defects in material or workmanship during the warranty period (as shown in the following tables.) The warranty is only applicable to INITIAL PURCHASES made by the ORIGINAL OWNER from the online shop. The warranty period begins upon receipt of the product. Please keep your original invoice to validate your purchase to access warranty services.

The warranty does not cover:

  1. Normal wear and tear of any covered component or consumable parts, including but not limited to the tires, the kickstands, the saddles, the handlebars, the brake pads, the cable harnesses, the housing, the brake levers, the chains, and the mudguards. Protective coatings that naturally wear and tear over time, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship;
  2. Cosmetic damage on used products, including but not limited to scratches, dents, broken plastic on ports, and tire deformation due to expansion and contraction from temperature changes;
  3. Any damage or defect resulting from, but not limited to the user's misuse, neglect, abuse, alterations, modification, improper assembly and/or damage to the product due to failure to follow instructions correctly provided by the user manuals;
  4. Any damage or defect caused in an accident or by use with a third-party component or product that does not meet the Turboant product specifications (please refer to the technical specifications section on the purchase page of each Turboant product); 
  5. Any damage or defect caused by heavy exposure to water, improper storage, fire, liquid contact, earthquakes, or other external causes; 
  6. Invoice inconsistency;
  7. If Turboant receives information from relevant public authorities that the product has been stolen and you cannot prove in any way that you are the authorized user of the product (e.g. receipt, invoice, or payment information for the product);
  8. Batteries are not warranted from damage resulting from power surges, use of an improper charger, improper maintenance or other such misuses, normal wear or water damage, and normal battery deterioration, including the gradual decrease of battery capacity over the warranty period.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Turboant be liable for any consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages or losses, whether direct or indirect, in connection with the purchase, use, or operation of the product. Turboant is not liable for property damage, personal injury, or death caused by misuse of the item.

Returns & Refunds

30-Day Returns and Refunds Policy

Any new and unused product purchased from Turboant can be returned within 30 days upon receipt of the product. To return a product that is not defective or damaged, you must email us within 14 days upon receipt of the product. You must receive a return shipping label and any products returned to Turboant by you without our return shipping label will be rejected and sent back to you at your cost.

Any returns for non-defective reasons will be charged a 25% restocking fee and you are responsible for all shipping cost, duties, or tariffs that occurred and ensuring that the product arrives undamaged.

Damage During Shipping

In very rare cases, the item received may be damaged during shipping, if such a thing happened, please contact support@turboant.com with photo(s) and/or video(s). Scratches on the product caused by free accessories during shipping do not qualify for product replacement or compensation.

 

Please note: Damages caused during shipping are highly time-sensitive issues and it is the customer’s responsibility to conduct immediate product examination upon receipt.

Claims for damages caused during shipping later than 7 days from the receipt of the product will not be accepted.

Order Cancellations

All orders can be canceled if the item/items ordered have not shipped yet. Customers will be charged an 8% processing fee for all canceled orders. Please go to “My Account” and find “Cancel Order” to submit the cancellation request, or you can also cancel the order by sending an email to support@turboant.com.

Please note: Cancellation requests submitted through the website link or an email will have to be confirmed with a follow-up confirmation email. Please contact us at the above email if you did not receive the follow-up email.

Returns and Refunds Instructions

Please follow the instructions below to avoid any delay in processing:
Contact our customer support team at support@tuboant.com with the following information:

  • The valid order number(s).
  • The marked delivery date.
  • A detailed description of the product’s problem(s), such as what happened, when and how it happened.
  • Clear photo(s) and video(s) indicating the product’s problem(s) or defect(s). Name the picture and video with your order number.

 

Please note: Contact our customer support team first BEFORE returning your product. Items returned failing to follow our Returns and Refunds policy will void any compensation by Turboant, and all expenses and costs thus entailed shall be borne by the customer.

Payment Unsuccessful

If you pay with credit card directly, your payment could be somehow denied at the checkout by our system in defense against possible credit card fraud. Please make sure that your billing address you entered on our website matches that of your credit card. If you have any further complications, please first contact your credit card issuer and then contact our customer service team.

For a more smoothy payment, please pay by PayPal.

If you do not have a PayPal account, please select PayPal at the checkout page & click the complete order button. Then you'll be directed to a page with access to both PayPal and Debit/Credit card payment (for the latter option, you don't have to register for PayPal).

Please follow the instructions below if your credit card payment failed:

1. Try to contact the card issuer to confirm the payment failure or change a new card.

2. Check your credit card number and date of expiry etc. entered are correct.

3. Check whether your credit card has reached its limit (insufficient funds).

4. Check whether your credit card number is valid.

5. Check whether the verification information entered is correct.

6. Contact the card issuers to confirm whether cross-border transactions are allowed and whether the transaction amount is limited.

Frequently Asked Questions

What Is the Difference Between the Billing Address and the Shipping Address?


The billing address should be the same address you provided to your bank when you applied for your credit/debit card; the shipping address is the address you want us to ship the order to.

It's better to use the same shipping address as your billing address.

Can I Cancel or Change the Order I Just Placed?

It is possible to cancel or change your order only if the item has not been dispatched. Please contact us via our customer support email at support@turboant.com

Note: Purchased Products that have not yet shipped shall be subject to 8% processing fee. Customers can only get a 92% refund of the total order price. All cancellations need to be done by email to support@turboant.com. The customers cannot cancel the order by phone. The customers will receive a notification email after the order has been canceled successfully. Otherwise, the cancellation of the order was unsuccessful.
