- We have American and European versions of the Turboant X7 Pro Electric Scooter with the same specifications. Only the adapters and chargers are different.

- The 3 speed settings for EU version: 10 km/h, 20 km/h and 25 km/h;
- b) Speed to activate the cruise control function: 3.7 mph (6 km/h);
- c) Adapter: American adapter (American version); EU adapter (EU version); UK adapter (UK version);
- d) Customers can adjust the top speed limit of the X7 Pro via the hidden preset menu in accordance with electric scooter regulations in EU and UK countries. For related instructions, please refer to this website for more information.

- Currently our products ship to all European countries, Canada and all addresses in the 48 contiguous states of the United States.
We DO NOT ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses.

- How Much Does Shipping Cost?
- We offer free shipping on orders over $49 to Europe and the 48 contiguous states of the US. A shipping fee of $15 applies to orders under $49 to these destinations.

- As soon as we are ready to ship your order, we will send you an email with the corresponding delivery information. After that, you will be able to track your order under “My Orders” when you log in to your Turboant account, or by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 1-2 business days for tracking number to activate.
